I went for tests which I was informed take 3-4 weeks to come out. It's been more than 4 weeks and they are just mute. I was assisted by Salome Michaels and I have to push her to find out what's the cause for the delay. I paid in full for the service but they are not doing their work. This is totally unacceptable.
I bought a cellphone on Contract and after the expiry of my Contract I cancelled my Contract. Telkom didn't cancel the Contract and deliberately tried to continue debiting my account and I reversed the debit orders. They are now threatening to take legal action against me but when I called the cancellations, they acknowledged that I cancelled my Contract they just want to *******ly collect money they're not entitled to collect.
I bought 3 cellphones with Telkom then decided to cancel my contract. I called them to give the notice and they confirmed the contract was cancelled. After the cancellation they continued to debit my account, I called them and they confirmed that the account was cancelled. They sent me to debt collectors and still claimed that I owe them R700.
They are ****mers. I booked a cheap flight from their website they loaded a subscription of R195 to my account. They never mentioned it prior to booking they should be blacklisted they are very dishonest.
Fastway is failing to deliver my parcel for almost a week they never bother to call me and when I call I wait until I give up. They dont respond to WhatsApp.
I bought a car financed by Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance and I sold the car and my acount was settled in full. Standard Bank closed my account and issued the purchaser the eNatis document in January. They have now handed me over to Attorneys for arrears on my account, this is ridiculous and very *********** from Standard Bank VAF.
I closed my account when I sold my car in January they activated a debit order on my account now they are threatening Legal action saying I owe them money it's a mistake from their side. I don't need their services anymore.
Earth Zone do not update payments made on their statements. I made a payment on the 7th of September, their statement says payments to be made by the 7th of the month. They did not update the statement issued on the 27th of September and charged me extra Legal fees od R2 682,70. They are incapable of updating their statements and want to use it as an excuse to charge ******* fees they do not deserve. They do not respond to queries. This is not the 1st time they have failed to update statements. They also incorectly charge interest. I paid R4000 for my account on the 7th of September and sent them proof of payment but they still failed to update my statement.
I have a contract with Tracker and tried to cancell and was kept waiting forever until I gave up. This seems like a deliberate ploy to force Clients to stay with an inefficient service. We should be allowed to cancel.
I had a Business loan in arrears and my account was handed to Business Lending Collections. I paid up in full the outstanding amount and tried several times to get them to clear the arrears but they did not. I also tried to close my Business Account which I no longer need and they refused saying I still owe the Bank and now I am forced to pay fees for an account that I no longer need. This is very unfair of Standard bank.
