Bridge contract
Unprofessional workmanship Earth Zone Properties handled my rental accordingly but decided to move the tenant out of my property and moved them into another unit which falls under they databases properties. Without my consent and because of that decision I was not paid for the month of March 2026 that is bridging the contract what a disappointment. Now I'm sitting with my home loan in arrears because I was not paid rental income. Because Earth Zone properties decided to do what they feel like on my property. And they not even taking accountability on this.

Very poor management and the worst one
VERY POOR, WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY IT has been more than a year, water leaking from upstairs apt. They fixed that apt but until today nothing is done for my apt, the windows are not been replaced but tenant is cold. I will get a lawyer against Earthzone. When you write them, they don't reply, I even pay a trip from Canada to speak to Anneke and koketso. Anneke@earthzone.co.za

Very poor management and the worst one
VERY POOR, WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY IT has been more than a year, water leaking from upstairs apt. Ongoing Issues and Lack of Accountability from Earth Zone Properties
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Earth Zone Properties, who manage the complex in which I reside. There have been endless issues over an extended period, yet little meaningful support or resolution has ever been offered. Most concerning is a recent incident where a section of my apartment collapsed. Despite the seriousness of the situation—and the fact that it could have resulted in a tragic outcome—Earth Zone Properties showed no accountability, urgency, or remorse. Their lack of responsibility and care for residents’ safety is deeply alarming. The ongoing poor communication, unresolved maintenance concerns, and complete disregard for tenant well-being make this one of the most disappointing property management experiences I have encountered.

Poor service
I have been with Earth Zone Properties for 5 years and moved out of the apartment i was leasing at the end of October this year. According to them my deposit will be refunded with 21 days. I am still waiting for my deposit. Also, according to the rental law, they are supposed to put my deposit in an interest barring account where I am also due to receive the interest, but they only want to pay back my deposit without interest. I never had any issues with my agent, but this is below horrible service and experience from the company now.

Poor service

Earth zone properties
I met with Ashley, she was very polite, kind and professional. She answered all my questions with patients and care. She was always available for viewings and I never struggled to get a hold of her. Ten out of ten!

Worst management company on earth
This company is the biggest **** since MMM. If you are looking for a management company, do not even consider this company. I am being charged R5680 for water with no explanation. Me and my partner work and are hardly at the house, I have checked for all possible leaks not even a dripping a tap how they got to those readings they can't give me an explanation. I will open a case against them should they attempt to list me as a bad payer.

Worst management company on earth
This company is the biggest **** since MMM. If you are looking for a management company, do not even consider this company. I am being charged R5680 for water with no explanation. Me and my partner work and are hardly at the house, I have checked for all possible leaks not even a dripping a tap how they got to those readings they can't give me an explanation. I will open a case against them should they attempt to list me as a bad payer.
