I have been with Earth Zone Properties for 5 years and moved out of the apartment i was leasing at the end of October this year. According to them my deposit will be refunded with 21 days. I am still waiting for my deposit. Also, according to the rental law, they are supposed to put my deposit in an interest barring account where I am also due to receive the interest, but they only want to pay back my deposit without interest. I never had any issues with my agent, but this is below horrible service and experience from the company now.
My board of executive members rented a vehicle from this company to be paid for at the counter upon collecting the vehicle. When they arrived at the collection point, they were requested to pay an additional R 25,000 for the rental and were refused to be assisted, and the lady who assisted them at the CPT international airport was extremely rude and disrespectful and chased them out. They had to leave the airport in an Uber as the people refused assistance.
I made a purchase for Airtmine on my banking App on 11.02.2025 and never received it. I immediately logged a call with my bank to report to issue. I was then informed that they logged a call with Blu Label Connect to have my issue resolved. Today, I still have no Airtime or response as to what is happening. I called in again and was told I needed to wait 3 days. What a ridiculous turnaround time is this? They are my service provider but they can't assist me or refuse to refund me my money.
Today is Monday and Masego still hasn't called me back as per our conversation on Wednesday. Your service is really pathetic.
I am still waiting on feedback from Masego regarding my claim. She called on Monday saying she will keep me updated on the progress but to now I don’t have my update of what is happening with my claim. Why is it taking so long for your company to process our payments? It’s been almost a month since we submitted
This is the worse experience I ever received from a company. No one is responding to my emails and on WhatsApp it takes almost an hour for an agent to respond.
I am with the agency for 4 years now and I have only received excellent service from my agent. Megen. I will refer anyone to do business with her. She is a loving and kind person who always goes the extra mile for me and my family.
I have called Capitec bank numerous times to sort out an issue that was created by one of their consultants and no one called me back to rectify this issue. On the 1st of November, I called in to change my payment date from the 28th to the last day of the month and the consultant moved my payment date 1 month later which lead to them not debiting my account and now they keep calling me to make payment like I am the one that caused the issue. They don't even respond to emails. This bank has lost my trust and I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
I booked a flight in July and was never notified the the airline will be placed in business rescue. They than cancelled my flight and up to today I am still waiting for the airtlline to contact me or provide me with a refund.
