VERY POOR, WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY IT has been more than a year, water leaking from upstairs apt. They fixed that apt but until today nothing is done for my apt, the windows are not been replaced but tenant is cold. I will get a lawyer against Earthzone. When you write them, they don't reply, I even pay a trip from Canada to speak to Anneke and koketso. Anneke@earthzone.co.za
Very Bad I'm still waiting for them to repair the damage caused by the leaking water from the upstairs apartment in the building. EARTHZONE has promised for many months to fix issues but has done nothing. They don't get back to you

This my second review for the same problem. After complaining that my account has locked and my fund held. Nothing has changed. I.receivef an email from TINYIKO asking for the same documents that I sent previously to RACHEL SEFADI. The fact is that the bank does not stop taking fees on my account while is locked and fund held. How can I put money when everything time that you transfer money from the source that they know which is from my tenant. It's incredible for such a large bank to have poor service and slow or *********** agents
I am very disappointed with FNB Bank. I opened an account as foreigner and bought a house in Johannesburg. I sent proof of title and the rental contract signed by me and the tenant. but each time my agent (Mr GUNDA) who takes care of transferring the money into the account, FNB will lock the account and the funds for months and the FNB agents do not respond to your emails despite the follow-ups and proofs sent. My account is still locks and i can not put money coming for the Rent during the last month. Also, my online app is locked due to the fact that, i do not have anymore the Johannesburg phone number because i lived in CANADA. it is inconceivable. poor and frustrating service. Please contact me and i put my Agent Mr. Gunda phone number.
