Could you please help Mr. Eward Solomon with the following dispute? He will be evicted from his apartment by the end of Feb 2026 due to this unresolved dispute. We have exhausted all the necessary resolution procedures; unfortunately, to no avail. Mr. Edward Solomon ID No - -------------- account with Nedbank Cresta Mall No --------------- was hacked on 11 Nov 2025 whereby R28 000 odd was transferred out of his account into another Nedbank account (Inside Job) The account number was provided to him by Nedbank assistant which has been issued to SAPS Linden Sergeant Mawela Tel 078 075 5678 on the same day Case Ref: 68112025. Nedank Bank Case - Reference GFCFS209973. Mr. Edward Solomon reported the hacking of his account immediately to Nedbank and was told they will revert to him after 8-9 weeks because there must be an investigation. Throughout Jan 2026, he enquired about the progress telephonically to no avail; he was once again promised someone would contact him. He followed up in person again on 2nd Feb 2026 and was told the case has been resolved, and he has to wait 2-4 weeks. Yesterday, he once again consulted with the manager in person to no avail. Please, can we get some answers, and why are they sending a pensioner from pillar to post, facing eviction at the end of Feb? Your urgent intervention is required.

The one thing that is really disappointing about Cresta mall is that as soon as you stop, inside, secure parking, you are approached by people wanting to wash your car - and they are demanding, really become painfully rude sometimes when you say no. Does not matter how you say no, kind, polite, abrupt, short, either way they just keep on. You can no longer just go for a nice breakfast, or a quiet dinner, so rather just stay away. The sad thing is, it is all the malls at the moment.

BAD SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM FOURWAYS CUSTOMER SERVICES WHEN I TOOK MY SON'S PHONE FOR REPAIRS.I BOUGHT SAMSUNG A05 DEC 2024 AND ON THE 2ND JAN 2026 THE PHONE STARTED TO SWITCH ITSELF OFF AFTER FEW MIN WHEN ITS ON. THEN I TOOK THE PHONE BACK TO CRESTA MALL AS THE PHONE HAVE 2YEARS WARRANTY ON THE 3RD JAN 2026.WE WERE ASSISTED BY THULI AND SHE SAID SHE WILL BOOK THE PHONE WITH VODACOM ON THE 05TH AS THEY ARE OPENING THAT WEEK - THE PHONE WAS COLLECTED ON THE 08TH JAN 2026 AND THE FOLLOWING WEEK I GOT A CALL FROM VODACOM FOURWAYS AND THE GIRL BY THE NAME OF PATIENCE ASKED ME IF THE PHONE SCREEN IS CRACKED I SAID NO IT IS NOT AS THE PHONE HAD NO SCRATH AND DIDNT FALL. SHE SAID OHK LET ME SPEAK TO THE TECHNICIAN, AFTER 2 MIN SHE CALLED AGAIN AND SAID DID ANYONE AT CRESTA TOLD ME ABOUT THE QUOTATION THAT I MUST ACCEPT I SAID NO QUOTATION I AM GOING TO ACCEPT OR ANY PAYMENT TO BE DONE ON THAT PHONE AS IT HAS WARRANTY AND IT IS FACTORY FAULT BY LOOK OF THINGS. SHE THEN SAID OHK AND HANG UP. Not impressed with istore cresta mall they are ****mers I went on Monday to purchase an Apple Watch paid cash on the invoice it’s showing the discounted price of which I paid an amount of normal price which is not discounted this is serious l went to the store got no help since they had sent an email wanting my banking details consultant name Tilita Ndlwana

I had the worst experience at GAME STORE CRESTA MALL. At the till i was assisted by a lady named Rebecca Sebetola, this lady took my basket and threw my items on the counter, she was so rude towards me in terms of her tone and body language when assisting me. Behind me there was an old white man and when it was time to serve him, her demeanor completely changed. Keep in mind i did not do anything to provoke this behavior from her. Completely unprofessional. I do not wish to go back to this store because of Rebecca. good luck.

I had the worst experience at GAME STORE CRESTA MALL. disappointed with there portion, ordered strips, well should be 6 i think they got that wrong, ask the lady taking the order that they must not half fill the mayo and told they are instructed from management, I had to ask fir a refund, as i think there are other stores you get better value

I went to purchase a Samsung watch on Thursday 13 November 2025. The Salesman told me that I would get better value for money to buy a Huawei. Duly did that as I am not tech savvy. Got home and my tech savvy son advised me that it is not the LTE that I wanted, but rather blue tooth only. That defeated the object for me and on Friday, 14 November, I returned it and asked again for a Samsung 8. They did not have stock but asked me to return the Monday when the stock would arrive. On Monday I went in and paid the difference for the Samsung and asked them to activate it. This was after they refunded me the money on the Huawei watch. 4 hours later, they were still unable to activate the watch. I was told to come back on Tuesday 18 November, which I did. 5 hours later, they were still unable to activate it. I was told to come back on Wednesday 19 November. I did that and after another 3 hours, I had had enough. I told them to refund my money. That is when all the stories started. I continuously and consistently asked for a refund - nothing. I went back on Thursday and got even more stories. I went back on Friday and got more stories. As of now, I still do not have my money back AND they have the watch as well. Now there is another added problem - I am locked in another 2 years on contract and I can only get the LTE watch on contract. I wanted to buy another identical one for my son as a Christmas gift, but as there is no resolution and they have my money and the goods (which are useless to me without activation), not even that is going to happen. Is it fair that we must be penalised for Vodacom's incompetence? The shop has not even had the courtesy of apologising or anything - they just keeping the goods AND my money. The amount of nonsense theses guys try to give you, is insane. They even tried telling me that they cannot refund from the shop - they forget that they did exactly that on Monday! I will definitely be taking this matter further.
