Could you please help Mr. Eward Solomon with the following dispute? He will be evicted from his apartment by the end of Feb 2026 due to this unresolved dispute. We have exhausted all the necessary resolution procedures; unfortunately, to no avail. Mr. Edward Solomon ID No - -------------- account with Nedbank Cresta Mall No --------------- was hacked on 11 Nov 2025 whereby R28 000 odd was transferred out of his account into another Nedbank account (Inside Job) The account number was provided to him by Nedbank assistant which has been issued to SAPS Linden Sergeant Mawela Tel 078 075 5678 on the same day Case Ref: 68112025. Nedank Bank Case - Reference GFCFS209973. Mr. Edward Solomon reported the hacking of his account immediately to Nedbank and was told they will revert to him after 8-9 weeks because there must be an investigation. Throughout Jan 2026, he enquired about the progress telephonically to no avail; he was once again promised someone would contact him. He followed up in person again on 2nd Feb 2026 and was told the case has been resolved, and he has to wait 2-4 weeks. Yesterday, he once again consulted with the manager in person to no avail. Please, can we get some answers, and why are they sending a pensioner from pillar to post, facing eviction at the end of Feb? Your urgent intervention is required.

Inferior Quality Perfume I bought a new perfume something Jacobs from Ascot priced at +/_R1500 . When the sakes lady sprayed the test fragrance on my arm it lasted the entire day and still lingered on my sleeve after washing. I've bought perfume from Edgar's & other stores before and know how long it is supposed to last. When I opened my purchase, the one I bought from Ascot lasts less than an hour. I returned the perfume asked them to smell their sample in comparison to what they gave me. I was told they cant exchange or refund me they will call the supplier and ask them to test the perfume in their lab. Since when is this allowed according to the sales lady and supposedly manager (I doubt she is) its the Policy of Ascot to do this. As client i am minus R1500 & the perfume which they have. suspect that it is an inferior product & Ascot is not importing authentic perfumes. They are probably buying a few authentic perfumes as samples but package & sell **** goods. I will never ever purchase again at that store. I'm enquiring from my attorney and the the consumer counsel if what they doing to me is legal. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money thinking I'd be getting a great deal. What a waste & I traveled all the way from Roodepoort. I'm searching for the owners details because this must be reported it is ******** offense according to me. Could FlySafair be fair please check your App I've basically lost R2000 within a few hours in trying to book online Lansaria to Cape Town as a Pension that's a huge loss and there's no assistance I was told use the website. How many elderly are fami**** with this? I have no problems with the flights but booking is really costing us if we miss it that's it. And there's no pensioners discount either. Sad really Sad
I'm very disappointed and disgusted with LPA they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. 2022 Gomelo had to rent out my Crystal Springs Unit I've purchased in 2020 with LPA in exchange for my QVC Life Time Point they failed to do so resulting in a loss of approx R25k because of their incompetence. I'm now in debt with LPA paying the Lease Agreement and Levies of Crystal Springs monthly. However this year I'm told I'm in arrears with my Capital Account after arrangements were made for a new none interest bearing account therefore they've cancelled my reservation from 6 to 13 Jan 2023 which also is a discrepancy since I've signed a deal from 1st Jan to 8th Jan because of the School Holiday period. They are refusing to send me the reservation confirmation although my account is totally up to date. I'm assumeing that my Unit which I've purchased as is being used by someone for their own financial benefit why since 2020 am I having major problems with the purchase from LPA. I'm resorting to reporting on Hello Peter before I'm finally going to seek legal advice to cancel this deal and demand a reinstatement of my QVC Points. In a cash strapped economy it is totally unethical for companies to market their products and service under false clauses that they chop and change as and when they feel like it. Account No 883518 Very Bad Service Customer Care basically none existing nobody answers a phone it rings forever. If they answer they transfer you to the next person who keeps you on line and eventually cancels your call. Or they promise to get the relevant person to call you back which never happens I've been calling MiX Telematics Customer Service and Accounts Dept since the car accident I had on 8 April 2022 to no avail. I need to cancel the tracker on my Mahindra Vehicle that is written off I sent an email but my account has still been debited this month 26 April 2022 payment of total R 661.33. So the accounts Dept is as incompetent I have 3 vehicles with the Organisation I've tried to sort out the windscreen Repairs on the H1 Reg BB 18 FX GP a service I'm paying for on each vehicle again to no avail *NOBODY* answers any phones at this Organisation. Meaning if I or any of my family are in a crises or hijacked we can forget about any help coming forth from you. I'm listing you on Hello Peter I'm disgusted with your service. The Yellodata service is a fraud and I am appalled. I will be taking it up. When I signed up for yello data, I was informed that R129 was to be deducted from my account monthly. Suddenly on 1st Oct they deducted R524 and this month R919. I have not requested or signed up for an uncapped service this was a top up should I run out of data. Monthly I have never even had the ability to use up capped Yello data cause it finishes within 10 to 15 days. Where does this debits originate from. I demand my refund and also demand to cancel MY ACC 59178342-1 with immediate effect. This is theft ungodly and unethical trade. I did an online purchase of Garcina on 17 Oct 2017 from UltaVivive Garcina (claiming to be Dr Oz product) Their advert clearly stated pay R99.00 only for shipping. Also that you have a 14 day period to test the product. To date (22 Nov 2017) I have NOT received the goods however my Bank account was debited with R1442.48. After numerous emails and phone calls to a person called Kathy requesting them to refund my money they STOLE I am still to get someone to resolve this issue. Kathy is trying to justify why they debited my account & I am minus goods and my money is stolen out of my account! This company is a scam and are fraudulently STEALING peoples hard earned cash plus theres no product delivery. This is one reply I've received via email.....
