Leisure Portfolio Association
Based on recent customer reviews, Leisure Portfolio Association delivers strong in-person presentation experiences at resort venues, with named consultants consistently praised for friendliness and product knowledge. However, a persistent pattern of complaints around cancellation difficulty, misleading sales practices, and poor post-sale communication creates a sharp divide between the initial sales experience and the ongoing membership journey. Customer Service & Travel Expertise scores highest (4.5), while Communication & Complaint Resolution (2.5) and Booking, Changes & Cancellations (2.6) lag significantly.

BEWARE LPA. NEVER BUY A HOLIDAY from them. Once you have it, no matter your circumstances down the line, they expect You to sell it, never mind the fact that you may not (and most people don’t) know all their terms and conditions and exactly how their whole system works. I was retrenched and I’m a pensioner so can no longer afford to pay for it. You have to also give them 3 YEARS NOTICE. What an absolute ripoff of a Company. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. They expect you to play salesperson on their behalf leaving all the risk with you, who are probably, like me, not a salesperson and certainly not a timeshare/ holiday club person. I’m disgusted!!!

Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication. Customers frequently name individual consultants and praise their friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Recurring praise is given to claims and roadside assistance, though a vocal minority report frustrating delays, rejected claims, and poor transparency around premium increases.
This business's biggest strength, according to Hellopeter's AI analysis, is Agent Quality & Customer Care. Named consultants are praised repeatedly for patience, friendliness, and going above and beyond. Words like 'amazing,' 'star,' and 'gem' appear frequently, reflecting genuinely caring human interactions.
The most common complaint, based on Hellopeter's AI analysis of recent customer reviews, is Pricing, Premiums & Transparency. Customers appreciate premium reductions upon request but complain about unexplained annual increases, hidden excess charges, and debits continuing after cancellation. Transparency at policy inception is a recurring gap.
