Dont use crown belongings ****** and not paid out

Worst experience ever!! Crown never sealed any if our high end items and as a result the our containers were looted of several very expensive items between leaving the uk and being offloaded in the warehouse. 3 months have passed and the insurance are refusing to pay out for any items including the ones they originally agreed, advised declined no reason given.

All our wooden furniture has been dropped and broken which cant be repaired and some items were approved for reimbur*****t however the bulk of the claim for the ****** items is still rejected since September. This is even after a crew of 10 people went through every single item we own to ensure the ****** items were not delivered but conveniently never added them to their report.

Dont use crown !!!!!
