I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your establishment on 7/11/2023. I had made an appointment for 3 o'clock, but upon arriving, I was informed that the technician was not available, and I would have to wait for an additional two hours. This was not only an inconvenience but also a clear breach of the appointment that I had scheduled.
Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with this situation, the manager, whom I believe is the owner or Indian Manager, responded in an entirely unacceptable and offensive manner. He dismissively told me that it was not his problem and even went as far as threatening physical violence, suggesting that he could "beat me up as he sees fit." This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional in any business setting.
Moreover, the comments that followed made me feel as though he was trying to discriminate against me, which is both offensive and distressing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of my background or preferences.
I had chosen your establishment for service, and I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and civility displayed by the manager during this encounter. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of your business.
I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated within your organization. I expect a response and resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
