I recently reached out to Bikeshop Revonia for a quote on one of their superbikes, but I must say I am incredibly disappointed. The prices I was quoted were significantly different from those advertised on their website. After investigating further, I discovered that the prices listed online do not include VAT. Nowhere on their website is this crucial detail mentioned, which feels misleading and unprofessional. As a customer, I rely on transparent pricing to make informed purchasing decisions. Failing to clearly state that prices exclude VAT wastes customers' time and creates unnecessary frustration. If VAT is not included in the displayed prices, this should be explicitly stated on the website to avoid confusion. This lack of transparency makes me question their business practices and overall commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected better from a company like Bikeshop Revonia. If this is how they handle something as simple as pricing, I dread to think how other aspects of their service are managed. Until they rectify this and become more upfront about their pricing structure, I cannot recommend them to others.
What a pathetic service from herotel, internet was good for a while, but now it has been almost 3months of complaining and nothing is being done about the speeds, imagine paying for a 50mb line and you get 1mb/S. The technical team have been trying to fix the issue they say but nothing helps. Clearly you don't care about your customers. You not getting my money anymore, you will come remove your router!!! Cause I'm not paying for pathetic speeds.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your establishment on 7/11/2023. I had made an appointment for 3 o'clock, but upon arriving, I was informed that the technician was not available, and I would have to wait for an additional two hours. This was not only an inconvenience but also a clear breach of the appointment that I had scheduled. Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with this situation, the manager, whom I believe is the owner or Indian Manager, responded in an entirely unacceptable and offensive manner. He dismissively told me that it was not his problem and even went as far as threatening physical violence, suggesting that he could "beat me up as he sees fit." This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional in any business setting. Moreover, the comments that followed made me feel as though he was trying to discriminate against me, which is both offensive and distressing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of my background or preferences. I had chosen your establishment for service, and I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and civility displayed by the manager during this encounter. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of your business. I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated within your organization. I expect a response and resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
