Worst Service Received Ever Extremely Disappointed
Our 17th Anniversary was 27 May, my husband wanted to surprise me with Dinner, therefore he contacted the hotel for booking at Towers Restaurant. He spoke to Leah which was helpful as she mentioned that the Restaurant is under renovations however she spoke to her manager which stated there is 2 seating options, which my husband selected the bottom seating. He was then told that they would make it very special for us seeing its our anniversary. Upon our arrival, no one knew about our booking and arrangements which was extremely disappointing as were were so excited to enjoy the evening there at Towers. However we left extremely disappointed. I then spoke to the Manager on during which was from the reception area, she advised that I will be contacted know Monday by the manager, however no one called us. Disappointing Much.
