Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge- what a disappointment

First of all our actual unit that was booked wasn't ready as yet when we arrived. They have moved us to another unit. Then the microwave wasn't working, the fridge didn't make cold the braaier was rusted through. And then the worst it's festive season and the children's game room is in a horrible condition I've took some photos of the ceiling that's leaking while children have to play inside the one side of the ceiling is busy collapsing. In the rainy weather there is nothing for the children to do as the gaming room is in a condition where I will not leave my children. I understand 100% no under 12's for the jacuzzi but for the inside pool aswell no under 12's not nice. Everything to do there is no under 12's. Come on not happy at all and very disappointed about the inside game room for children.
