Poor service delivery, damaged property , inactive alarm for longer than 4 months , left messages for owner to contact me and still no reply, but refuse to pay and they are quick to complain and sending threat mails, armed response is also out of the question???

On the 1 December 2021, we had a breakin at our home. Some items were stolen, amongst them was a trailer which parked right in from of the beam. We called the security company to cone and check and they did and they found out the alarm was armed that night, and they tested the beam and they were working. They told us they are going to to do further investigation and they didn't come back to us afterwards until I decided to give them a call and the guy was so defensive, funny part he didn't seem to know the full story and he ended up hanging up the phone while I was still talking. I tried calling again and he didn't answer. Then I asked the receptionist to give me his manager's number and I communicated with him (his name is Pieter). He promised to come and get the whole story and see what really happened. After that he also dissappeared until I called after 2 weeks. He came to the house the following day and I asked him a simple question Tha why when they moved the trailer it didn't trigger the alarm because the trailer was right in front of the beam, he said maybe the system was jammed. But according to the technician who came to test the system on the day he said if it was jammed, immediately after the hammer left, the alarm was going to be triggered but that didn't happen. The manager also tond me that is my responsibility to make sure that the system work of which I don't even know how the system is configured. He ended up telling that is not their fault that the alarm didn't sense the movement of the trailer because the system is installed in my house I must ensure that it work properly, how, I don't know. Now I have to pay for the trailer because It was not mine and it was stolen at my house and the reason why those things were outside is because I thought should anything happen the alarm will alert us.

My neighbour informed me that my alarm had been sounding for a while. When i phoned csc tactical to enquire as to why no one has contacted me yet he had no excuse and said he would dispatch someone and let me know the outcome of what was to be found. I am still waiting for the phone call stating as to what was found or not found!
