Poor service delivery, damaged property , inactive alarm for longer than 4 months , left messages for owner to contact me and still no reply, but refuse to pay and they are quick to complain and sending threat mails, armed response is also out of the question???
Choose a service provider very carefully or you might end up with empty pockets and loaded promices. Realty is our body corp agency and I started the complaints laste year October due to poor service delivery. After numerous attempts I stopped paying the full amount on my Levy due to my tenants have little to no water. The Only thing Lizette Turpin does is passing the buck and after she handed my account over to a court this shows me again how a agency will use their power to punish you more than once. So be aware that you do not fall in any trap of smart words, Up to date in 12 Months they have decided to flush the meter that is part of the body corp. Also for the past 9 months still counting I have sent a Watsupp to Lizette with my new email to receive statements but again I am at the loosing end. As it is thruth always comes out but 4 owners have sold this investment due to an arrogant no service delivery from Realty Middelburg Mpumalanga. Let me wonder how people misuse their power to make money and have no pure intentions to look at another persons basic needs.
As from 2019 due to numerous complaints from Goldwagen it is still not resolved that even Sybrand instructed me not to buy at Goldwagen, how ridiculous due to bad customer service Jean Olivier owner at Mechaniwagen refused my Customer to buy at Goldwagen Middelburg Goldwagen Witbank chased me and my customer and was told to fu.. off Goldwagen owner Marina Olivier similar refused all my customers related to do business and their branch Hope the CEO from Goldwagen reads this and sort out his clowns
From installation to after service this company is a disaster, had to fix all their bad work myself or had it fixed, their turn around time stretches now to 5 days minumum, tons of excuses and no delivery on time
Worst decision ever, company that cannot even stay true to their own policies. You cant phone anyone and luck to blame is Zoom Fibre, well facts is facts both are so unreliable
What happened to once being a family shopping experience with quality, price and service run hand on hand. Now its a horrible experience and unfriendly staff since you walk in the door, faulty and incorrect goods a daily habbit
Worst medical aid cover in SA, all sounds to be good to be true. Bill after bill not being paid so what do you as a member gain being a member at momentum other than just having a wonderful memory of having a medical aid and then suffer the consequences of bills after a claim.
Please reconsider when buying parts from any of witbank or Middelburg branches, if you report them at Head Office you hope to find solutions but thats when the circus starts, they take your money with a glance and to get it back with parts that was poor Quality attitude and misbehavior is the order of the the, Sybrand, Jean and Jp is obviously in another league that do not need business so this example is from the top Head office downwards, and all head office does is pulling up their shoulders doing nothing, if you leave messages no reply, or create a negative vibe down the stream towards your own customers, hopefully someone can outgrow this brand in the near future for this is totally not a customer satisfaction organization, goldwagen is a total no go for me and many of my friend’s being mistreated. These people love to make a personal issue a public vibe , be careful when you buy at them hoping to get the after service you deserve.
Its very important to know your supplier and the outcome once a claim will rise. First the branch refused to take on the claim and secondly after taking the further step Head office the claim was rejected however none of them gave me the feedback ive been waiting for, the water pump that they investigated was damaged prior to installation and that was visible on the package, also the old pump was not returned although rejected for I would live to send this to a alternative investigator for reply. So Goldwagen again I need to say no more than why is it so difficult and al lengthy process to get claims done by you and why isnt goods returned ?? Alls bushes bought which apprently was Myle and failed the test after fitment, again is your parts probably outdated that you carry old stock over and over again ??? Where is the control?? Why is it that this claim took forever, if you contact head office you are no longer welcome at a branch, this is pathetic.
After 3 weeks , cases being reopened 3 times, promises my beneficiaries and data still not recovered, this is not a bank to consider for future reference , Sad to learn but when one person passes away not even 3 can persons Can do her work
