Css Klerksdorp

There were someone in my yard in the eary mornings, we saw the guy and I press the panic button. Css phoned say they will send someone out. I saw no one, they never phoned back to tell me if they saw anything. I am woman alone with 2 daughters. Why do I pay each month css money if they cant make you at least feel safe. I am so deeply dissapointed
