CSS Security
I am a trustee at a complex in the Southern Suburbs. During the festive season we usually get extra security and decided to go with CSS as we had previously used them and their quote was the cheapest (which was still quite high to begin with). The service that we are receiving or expected definitely does not match the amount of money we are paying for this service. Guards are often falling asleep in our club house, they are watching the cameras instead of patrolling the grounds - we as trustees could’ve done that ourselves. We also have guards not reporting for duty on time. We have complained via email and have received not form of communication. When we complained to the supervisors via WhatsApp he constantly has the same excuses - says it’s because we arranged things last minute which is completely ridiculous They are willing to charge as an amount which definitely does not reflect the fact that we arranged a guard last minute with pathetic service. Definitely not happy with this and we will not be using them again.

Css Klerksdorp
There were someone in my yard in the eary mornings, we saw the guy and I press the panic button. Css phoned say they will send someone out. I saw no one, they never phoned back to tell me if they saw anything. I am woman alone with 2 daughters. Why do I pay each month css money if they cant make you at least feel safe. I am so deeply dissapointed

Css klerksdorp security
I had an intruder in my home in my car garage (klerksdorp) north west I quickly called css security less than 8 minutes a gentleman by Peter Fourie was at my gate fully armed and ready to assist me and my family he then did the his routine thural in my garage/yard and asked to check in the house I am em pressed by him and in just how much his professional experience made me and family feel safe we soon found out that our vehicle tyres were punctured by the intruder which had fled before the css gentleman could find him but I asked for assistance and he was on the ground with me replacing a Tyre to make sure I'm able to get my family to better location for the evening as my wife felt traumatic from the current events he also patrolled and drove behind us to our next location to ensure our safety thank you Peter Fourie forever appreciate you and what you have done for my family thank you css klerksdorp

Deduction with in free trail...
They gave us a verbal quote, then We signed the documents. Where we get 3 Months free monitoring. NOW the second month in a row they deduct the premium from the bank. The agreed amount is R307 but they deduct R357. and when you call them they have a lot of stories and is rude about there mistake. Do not use them as your alarm company

THANKS CSS @ Rotapark!!!
My name is Duane Louw. CSS is tops! My mother is a resident of Rotapark Old-age Village in Klerksdorp. For maby the past 3-4years it was a neverending struggle to get in and out of the village gates because the access numbers or remotes doesn't work or are offline or then we can access and then we can't! The problem is that my mother is a diabetic and is high risk of faling in a coma. So we NEED ACCESS! CSS took over the security a few months ago. They said they will sort out the access. On Friday we visited my mom and we stood Infront the gates for about 20min. I had enough and went to CSS's offices. I was greeted by a vibrant lady Marlene and sy assisted me with my problem and when she couldn't give me further answers she called the Marketing manager(I think) Kor. He greeted me so honorable and friendly and immediately assured me he will sort my problem out. He explained the prosedure and what he will do to help me! He took all our details and all details to help me and assured me the gate access will be attended to. I later spoke to a lady Aila and she assisted me to get all our details to the person that will give us access to the gates. She then put me through to the guy named Kelvin! He was very knowledgeable and assured me that he will assist me as soon as possible. He sorted everything out as I requested right to the last digit! Kelvin also followed up with me to make sure everything works and that we are happy. He then also tested the system at the gates and again assured me all is well with the access! He also gave advice! YOU did in a day, that others could not help me with in 4years!!! Even the response vehicle that passes every now and then greeted me with a smile! Thanks! So in short; I thank Everyone at CSS That assisted me! I can't remember all the names of everyone who assisted me, but THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Thank you also Garry (director) for your humbleness when I thanked you for the great company you lead! May God bless you as a company and each one who is part of CSS! THANKS!!! Duane Louw Kunstenaar

Hellopeter ek wil graag die maatskapy openbaar vir die uiterse swak wat hulle is, ek het n week gelede by hulle begin werk as n armed respons officer. Ek het vier dae gewerk waar ek besluit het om te bedank om rede ek as offesier wat werk met geen nodige beskermimg of toerusting voorsien was nie en omdat daar geen taktiese beplaning en desipliene is nie, hulle is volgens my n surkus en het geen idee van hoe n taktiese mag moet reageer nie, daar is nie eers ordentlike kommunikasie middele wat werk soos radio stelsel of marnet stelsel wat werk nie, offesiere moet deur middel van hulle privaat selfone op eie omkoste met mekaar in nood of toneel in verbimding tree. Ek wag ook al 2 weke van ek bedank het vir my geld vir die vier dae wat ek in hul diens was, moes ook my kontrak teken by hulle sonder enige gesprek van wat my selaris sal wees en 31ste moes ons geld inbetaal wees wat toe glad nie gebeur het nie. Ek het n paar jaar ondeevinding en weet hoe n taktiese eenheid moet reageer en werk en hulle het geen benul wat hulle doen nie.

Fraud of provident fund money
My name is Samuel Tsietsi Khoboko I started to work for CSS security company from last year I.D 9102146254086 .12/08/2019 to 17/07/2020 but they were not paying my provident fund but on my payslips it's appearing as deducted they only paid it to Private Security Sector Provident fund.Last month they called me for confirmation(PSSPF) my number phone 0783829262/0643853619
