CSS Security
I am a trustee at a complex in the Southern Suburbs. During the festive season we usually get extra security and decided to go with CSS as we had previously used them and their quote was the cheapest (which was still quite high to begin with). The service that we are receiving or expected definitely does not match the amount of money we are paying for this service. Guards are often falling asleep in our club house, they are watching the cameras instead of patrolling the grounds - we as trustees could’ve done that ourselves. We also have guards not reporting for duty on time. We have complained via email and have received not form of communication. When we complained to the supervisors via WhatsApp he constantly has the same excuses - says it’s because we arranged things last minute which is completely ridiculous They are willing to charge as an amount which definitely does not reflect the fact that we arranged a guard last minute with pathetic service. Definitely not happy with this and we will not be using them again.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!
I am not one to complain but I actually feel the service received from this place is TERRIBLE!! On 31 March 2021, I wrote a good review based on the good service I was receiving but as my time with Pineapple has gone on I have received terrible service! My phone was collected on the 6 April 2021 - i was told 5-7 working days to recieve the damge report - this took 10 days. On the 16 April 2021 i got an email saying i will be contacted soon, my claim has been received - to date no phone call yet and nobody can seem to tell me what is going on regarding my phone.
