Good my name is Samuel I'm not happy at all about capitec on the 03-04-2020 some one hacked into my account send 1000 and withdrawn it without my authority and used mobile banking number and I reported the matter to the bank yesterday they called me and said they can't help me because it's not the bank mistake it's mine and funny enough someone hacked my account without my authority please help me what can I do?
