Deduction with in free trail...
They gave us a verbal quote, then We signed the documents. Where we get 3 Months free monitoring. NOW the second month in a row they deduct the premium from the bank.
The agreed amount is R307 but they deduct R357. and when you call them they have a lot of stories and is rude about there mistake.
Do not use them as your alarm company
