The worst courier company ever! I would give zero star rating but unfortunately I had to select one star to be able to write a review. Tracking my parcel was very difficult and to get into contact with someone of GFS was almost impossible! My parcel arrived in my hometown a week ago but it is still not delivered! That is absolutely unacceptable! Eventually when I get to talk to a representative of GFS they say they are running short of drivers! I urgently needed my parcel and I even said I will pick it up at the warehouse... They rep**** and said the public does not have access to the warehouse and they will try to deliver my package as soon as possible (that is after my package is already with them for a week). I asked to speak to the manager but she was not available because there is only one and she is out. I was promised the manager will call me back... It never happened!!! When I called again they were closed! They are the worst and not helpful at all! They are useless! Don't ever use them if you have a choice!!!

A client of GVS Brokers drove into the back of my Bakkie while I was stopping at a stop sign. First of all the broker of GVS Brokers called me and said I should not talk to the client anymore because then the insurance will not help me if I talk to the client. He continuesly tried to convince me to claim from my insurance because it will not take that long. He also told me that according to new legislation there is a possibility that his client can not be held accountable for the collision, so it is better to claim from my insurance. The Insurance company of the client, Western National, was slow and dragged out the process. The broker and the insurance company informed me they will not supply me with car rental because it is not in their policy. I explained to them that it is crucial for me to have a rental car when my Bakkie will go in for repairs because it is my only means of transport and I have to drop off and pick up my 2 boys (3years and 10years) at and from school. If I don't have a car I will not be able to do that...! Both the broker and insurance just said car rental for third party claims is not in the policy so they will not supply car rental. It is horrible that companies hide behind policies to make money out of people and not to pay out claims to assist people that really needs it! I gave 1 star because I can't give zero star!
I want to express my utmost disappointment in the service I have received from Western National and their client's broker GVS Brokers. My complaint is regarding my third party claim after their client drove into the back of my Bakkie while I was stopping at a stop sign. From Western National the service was slow. I had to submit a bunch of documents, photos, letter from my insurance and quotes. I submitted all very quick. Then I had to call the whole time to get feedback. They want to settle with underpay the quote. My biggest problem is that they don't care about your situation. My Bakkie is MY ONLY FORM OF TRANSPORTATION! The quote I submitted included car rental because I need a vehicle when my Bakkie will be repaired. I explained my crisis to Western National, but all they said it is not in their policy to cover car rental and also the broker of GVS Brokers just said it is not in the policy they don't supply car rental. So they don't care that I don't have any other means of transport to go to work and also to take my 2 boys to school and pick them up in the afternoon. According to their policy it is my problem to get me to work and my boys to school and back! So their client is sorted already and I am still fighting for almost 3 months to get helped! He drove into me but now I am lesser off than the client! They don't care about someone like me that Wil be sitting without transport, they just want to settle with the least amount to quiet you down and I have to cope because it is policy! Western National is there to make money out of people and hide behind policies. Rating is 1 star because I can't give zero! Stay away!
Excellent friendly service, beyond expected!
My name is Duane Louw. CSS is tops! My mother is a resident of Rotapark Old-age Village in Klerksdorp. For maby the past 3-4years it was a neverending struggle to get in and out of the village gates because the access numbers or remotes doesn't work or are offline or then we can access and then we can't! The problem is that my mother is a diabetic and is high risk of faling in a coma. So we NEED ACCESS! CSS took over the security a few months ago. They said they will sort out the access. On Friday we visited my mom and we stood Infront the gates for about 20min. I had enough and went to CSS's offices. I was greeted by a vibrant lady Marlene and sy assisted me with my problem and when she couldn't give me further answers she called the Marketing manager(I think) Kor. He greeted me so honorable and friendly and immediately assured me he will sort my problem out. He explained the prosedure and what he will do to help me! He took all our details and all details to help me and assured me the gate access will be attended to. I later spoke to a lady Aila and she assisted me to get all our details to the person that will give us access to the gates. She then put me through to the guy named Kelvin! He was very knowledgeable and assured me that he will assist me as soon as possible. He sorted everything out as I requested right to the last digit! Kelvin also followed up with me to make sure everything works and that we are happy. He then also tested the system at the gates and again assured me all is well with the access! He also gave advice! YOU did in a day, that others could not help me with in 4years!!! Even the response vehicle that passes every now and then greeted me with a smile! Thanks! So in short; I thank Everyone at CSS That assisted me! I can't remember all the names of everyone who assisted me, but THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I was a MC at an event (wedding) that Duane Mans of Discotech Events were doing the sound and lighting. He was the DJ. It was absolutely amazing how he turned that wedding into a party that took me back to my clubbing days! He had the people on their feet dancing the whole time and the lights were going crazy like a fireworks display! But when needed he set the mood with a soft tone for deeper moments! He engaged with the people and interacted like he was the life of the party! He knew exactly what to play and do when to do it! He was super fun and still very professional! If you want an event to be like none other...YOU NEED Discotech Events SA! Duane buddy you're the BEST!!!

My name is Duane Louw and I am staying in Rustenburg NorthWest. I bought a black Underarmour Cap 2years ago. I didn't wear it excessively or frequently but after about a year the stretch band of the cap was totally stretched out so much that it flared out at the bottom! So much that I couldn't wear it! I was disappointed because it was an expensive cap and I didn't have it very long! Last year for Christmas my brother in law then gave me a beautiful white UnderArmour cap. I was blown away by disappointment when this cap was doing EXACTLY the same thing like the previous one! AFTER NOT EVEN A YEAR!!! I couldn't believe that the second cap of exactly the same brand was stretched out!!! Under Armour claims to be a high quality brand...but the Caps barely last a year! Why does both caps that cost over R300 each gets stretched out in around a year's time!?? A cap that costs this much should last a lifetime!!! I have caps of less than R60 that is still in superb condition after almost 10 years! I sent an email to Under Armour SA (ApolIo Brands) and they said the following; ""Please be advised that our exchange policy only allows you to exchange an item within the first six months of the item bought. Should it then be over the six months from date of purchase, we’re unable to exchange the item. I understand you said you had not worn the caps that frequently, however we wouldn’t be able to exchange or refund the items you had bought. Kind regards,"" I am very disappointed in the way they reacted! They didn't say that they will look into the matter or something... They just follow the policy that sais after 6months they don't take returns or refund...? So I will market that principle they trade by that they make caps the cheapest way they can, just to last past 6months and sell them so expensive as possible and then just say sorry the policy don't exchange or refund after 6months!!! If they make cheap quality caps...then they must sell them cheap also! Then we will not expect more than 6months from the Caps!!! I will tell everyone what tipe of quality and service Under Armour give!!!
I phoned King Price to add my wife's car to my existing profile. Mthokozisi Makalane (ZZ) was THE most helpful, patient, polite, friendly, well-informed, consultant I have ever dealt with in any regard! This guy is an asset to your company! Thanks ZZ for helping us to sort out my wife's car in a few minutes!!! You are the best!!!
