Terrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed in the service received at Under Armour Rosebank. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive especially Keke. The manner in which she communicates with customers lacks humility and is a terrible bad example for a manager and an even worse reflection of the brand. She ought to learn how address customers respectfully and politely, because I believe she would expect the same courteousness if she visited a store as a customer. There is absolutely no excuse for her behavior and should consider attending some sort of customer service training. I have never experienced such service at any other branches such as Eastgate and Sandton. I do not look forward to visiting the Rosebank store with the knowledge of the kind of service that is given there.

Useless underarmour
Underarmour Sa is useless i ordered golf shoes from them on the 28th Desember till today I haven’t received them i called them and email them nobody can assist me ! They dont want to work yet their products is expensive and they want to sell so urgently but cant even deliver a proper service..!! Absolutely USELESS

Useless underarmour
Underarmour Sa is useless i ordered golf shoes from them on the 28th Desember till today I haven’t received them i called them and email them nobody can assist me ! They dont want to work yet their products is expensive and they want to sell so urgently but cant even deliver a proper service..!! Absolutely USELESS

Dont buy Under Amour products
When purchasing shoes from Under Armour you may want to think twice , I purchased a pair of shoe and have the worst squeak in the soul cant even wear these very expensive shoes as I sound like a duck. Granted I purchased them overseas but they come with an international warranty and the local agent refuses to assist in replacing them. I have sent them proof of purchase as well as images of the shoes that have hardly been worn and the reply was sorry can’t help. So when buying a shoe that cost several thousands of Rands think twice cause should you have an issue Under Armour wont have your back. This was the first time in my life I have moved away from Nike to try something new and boy am I sorry. What poor service and product do these people offer ?

My claim my order is delivered even though I haven't received them
Ordered items online in June via Facebook and I'm still waiting. They claim the courier says my orders have been delivered even though I didn't receive them

Under Armour Staff at East Point Mall are *******
The sales consultant named Kamogelo N who was on duty on 25 September was assisting me with my purchase. And as he was packing my items in my shopping bag, he left the gloves on the side of the till and didn’t put them in the bag. Once he realised I had my eyes on the golf gloves, he put it behind the shopping and to my assumption, I thought he put it in my shopping bag Once I got home I realised that the golf gloves were not inserted in the shopping bag and the man had ****** my golf gloves which I have paid for.
