I am extremely disappointed in the service received at Under Armour Rosebank. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive especially Keke. The manner in which she communicates with customers lacks humility and is a terrible bad example for a manager and an even worse reflection of the brand. She ought to learn how address customers respectfully and politely, because I believe she would expect the same courteousness if she visited a store as a customer. There is absolutely no excuse for her behavior and should consider attending some sort of customer service training. I have never experienced such service at any other branches such as Eastgate and Sandton. I do not look forward to visiting the Rosebank store with the knowledge of the kind of service that is given there.
