nedbank recently took money out of my wifes account they changed her debit to the 12th all the while her is the 25th nedbank this is ********* a debit date agreed to is not to be changed when you feel like you will put that money back into her account you had no right to take it before the agreed date
Vodacom I have received a mail from one Mbd Supposedly you handed me over for an outstanding payment No conversation no notice no contact and I get this letter of demand from an entity I know nothing about demanding payment of which they don’t even say the amount ???? And I’m just expected to pay into some random account supposedly arranged by you ? I don’t know mbd and you did not inform me of this matter In a time where online ***** happens just like this How is it that you think this is acceptable? Mtn called me last week to notify me that i have an upgrade due as per the usual the upgrade offer is lower than my current allocations every year they offer what they call personalized offers which never are to further confusion they advised me im due for upgrade but then send me a message saying im due for upgrade in a years time mtn i have been with you for years kindly offer a deal in line with my current allocations and further advise why yourre requesting for an upgrade now if my app and your smses are advising my deal still runs till november 2026 ?
Discover bank issue no one They have no direct email address for queries Secondly : discovery bank are the only bank not to issue discounted settlement for outstanding loans I contacted them to request a discounted settlement as I intend to pay back the loan facility entirely Generally banks offer a 20% discount when a client wants to pay in full in one lump sum I had this done for me by Standard Bank just About a year ago Discovery charge 21% interest so it’s not out of line to ask the question I was met with abrupt response Banks offer the settlement in few of the client making full payment offsetting interest on the loan Discovery why do you not allow for this Other banks do You may be the lender but don’t forget you are a borrower as well A client borrowing from you today may well be ONE YOU WILL LEND FROM IN FUTURE Yet your behaviour in response to my request speaks volumes about the character of your business Deuteronomy 28:12 Deuteronomy 15:6 I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
Vodacom Keep ignoring my emails Twice now they have not debited my account all the while monies was available This has happened two months in a row where their debit has not gone off Now they send me a threatening email like I’m dodging them Shocking eveni worse for two months I have waited for them to respond to my email requesting cancellation of the contracts as they are both effectively over Still no response from two months ago And they have the audacity to send me a threatening email about payment that’s not even my fault it’s the debit system
Payflex have signed under vendors under their services without screening One of those vendors “FUTURE LIGHT” sell product they do not possess They are a **** You would think the business is legit just on the premise that payflex are affiliated and provide payment services to Futurelight We purchased a fan from futurelight through payflex on the 21st of June to date we have not received our order We escalated with futurelight and they promised our product would be delivered today to which it has not and futurelight are now not responding Payflex we paid them through your services we want our money back we have not received what we paid for through your credit system Further more you should take more accountability when giving your services out to ****mers Your involvement or name being present makes one believe these sites are legitimate when they are not Do you just sign up who ever comes knocking on your door !!!!! It’s poor from you and your name is now being tarnished Kindly give us back the money that we have paid thus far two instalments etc and cancel that order the product is clearly not coming
Bash really need to address the issue of missing credit with no reference given to customers When the app fails to process and order credit is taken for non order process When you call the call centre in concern for missing credit the say in 72 hours you’re credit will reflect All this with no notification of failed order no reference or acknowledgement pertaining to funds taken to be returned Further more 72 hours for your credit to be given back to you is absurd It’s really poor that I customer wants to purchase tries to purchase due to failure of the app Credit gets taken with no reference customers stress that credit has been ****** / missing call in to complain and get told don’t worry within 72 hours you ll get it back It’s a terrible system it lacks accountability and even worse is cause for concern for customers not knowing where their money/ credit has gone
