Under armour CPA defective goods refund violation
I purchased a bag from under armour online I’ve barely used the bag it’s basically brand new and it has torn at the seam Under armour are happy for me to return however they insist on giving a gift voucher I paid with money to make this purchase not a gift card I do not have to purchase another under armour product as per CPA I have every right to take my refund as cash and used at my discretion elsewhere Under armour are violating CPA regulation0 replies

nedbank changes debit with no authorization takes money not due
nedbank recently took money out of my wifes account they changed her debit to the 12th all the while her is the 25th nedbank this is ********* a debit date agreed to is not to be changed when you feel like you will put that money back into her account you had no right to take it before the agreed date1 reply

Vodacom I have received a mail from one Mbd Supposedly you handed me over for an outstanding payment No conversation no notice no contact and I get this letter of demand from an entity I know nothing about demanding payment of which they don’t even say the amount ???? And I’m just expected to pay into some random account supposedly arranged by you ? I don’t know mbd and you did not inform me of this matter In a time where online ***** happens just like this How is it that you think this is acceptable?
