Under armour CPA defective goods refund violation

I purchased a bag from under armour online

I’ve barely used the bag it’s basically brand new and it has torn at the seam

Under armour are happy for me to return however they insist on giving a gift voucher

I paid with money to make this purchase not a gift card

I do not have to purchase another under armour product as per CPA I have every right to take my refund as cash and used at my discretion elsewhere

Under armour are violating CPA regulation
