I love working at Ct international. best company ever
CTI is the GREATEST COMPANY EVER. Mr. Russon my everything. I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for everything you’ve done for all your employees. The bonuses, trolley dashes, vouchers, and support for sick colleagues and feeding almost millions of families show the kind of leader you are. Plus, your fairness in handling tough situations means a lot to me. Your heart is something that cannot be explained, there are a few great leaders in the world, you break the record. This achievement is largely due to the training, guidance, and consistent support I have received from our CEO, Mike Russon, who genuinely invests in the development of his people.
When I suffered an injury and was unable to work for a period of time, the Company stood by me and provided unwavering support. Even during my recovery, the care continued — the Company went as far as providing me with a gym cycle to assist with strengthening my muscles and improving my overall health.
I have never encountered another company that does what CTI does for its employees. This level of care, compassion, and commitment is truly rare. I am genuinely blessed to be part of this team and cannot imagine working anywhere else.”
