CTI is the GREATEST COMPANY EVER. Mr. Russon my everything. I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for everything you’ve done for all your employees. Exceptional Support During a Critical Growth Phase
As a player in the renewable energy sector, we became frustrated with the cap placed on our credit facility by our bankers (one of the Big 5) which inhibited our ability to grow at a time when demand for our products was exploding. Fortunately, we were introduced to CTI who immediately understood our vision and who put together a bespoke trade financing package that catered to our needs as a growing business. It was thanks to CT's flexibility that we were able to grow the business into a nine-figure turnover within a two-year period. Not only were CTI prepared to increase our facility as we grew but they became genuine partners providing us with strategic advice and back-end support that enabled us to concentrate on growing sales. It is not an exaggeration to say that we would never have achieved what we did without CTI's support.

Personal Review of CTI Financiers Danie Halgryn CEO & Founder Kevo Project Management Having partnered with CTI Financiers, for more than five years, across our group of Companies, one gains a rare and invaluable perspective. You truly come to understand who you dealing with in business. In all my years as an entrepreneur, I have not encountered another Financial institution, who invests the time and effort, to genuinely understand my vision, my strengths and limitations and my specific business needs. Many of the opportunities I pursue, are ‘explosive’ in nature. They arise suddenly, often when I am called in, to rescue mismanaged projects, where critical decisions and immediate funding, are non-negotiable. One such an example, involved a Tender, exceeding R100 million, to complete a 15-storey Commercial building. Multi-million-Rand funding was required, within a matter of days. CTI’s CEO, Mike Russon, met with me on a Monday morning. By Friday, the required payments had been made. Without his decisive leadership and the highly competent Management team supporting him, that contract would have been lost. That experience alone, speaks volumes about CTI’s efficiency, integrity and ability to execute under pressure. One of CTI’s greatest advantages, is that they buy me time… something I simply do not have. They effectively manage my entire financial “engine room,” allowing me to focus on what I do best: execution and delivery. This level of support, is invaluable to any high-growth business. Could I qualify for funding with traditional Banks?Certainly, in different circumstances. However, my most recent experience with a major Bank, was the final confirmation that CTI, is in a league of its own. Despite fulfilling all my obligations, on a completed Commercial development, payment of several million rand, was delayed for six months, with one excuse after the other. I am done with Banks, that treat entrepreneurs like numbers. They drag out processes, request endless documentation in fragmented stages, show little interest in your growth journey, impose rigid lending caps and ultimately, over-promise and under-deliver. In contrast, Mike Russon, listens. He ensures that he understands the mechanics of a project, makes a decision within 24 hours and within the next 48 hours, his team completes due-diligence and finalizes the details. Within a week, you are ready to proceed. As every businessperson knows, time is money. I confidently and unequivocally, endorse CTI Financiers, as the ideal Financial partner for businesses that: -Require decisive responses within 24 hours -Seek to grow their Debtors book by over 300%, without additional security -Value direct access to a CEO, who is a serial Entrepreneur, understands real-world business challenges, opens doors when needed and treats clients with respect and integrity CTI is not just a Financier. My time at CT International Financiers
In the almost 15 years I have been working at CTI I can definitely say that Staff welfare is clearly valued by the company. The regular delivery of fresh fruit three times a week, daily bread, and the provision of butter and peanut butter, along with coffee and tea, show genuine care for employees. These thoughtful gestures make a meaningful difference and are especially appreciated during more challenging times. Last Easter, we were truly privileged to receive snoek from the boss. At a time when many did not have fish for Easter, this generous gesture was a true blessing and deeply appreciated by everyone. Every now and then, Mr. Russon chooses to give tuna to the staff instead of selling it to others, allowing us to take it home for free. This generous act often provides a meal for our families and sometimes comes at exactly the right time, especially when there is little or nothing for the pot. My Experience working for CTI
CTI is the greatest because they reward hard work with annual bonuses and increases, create great moments with trolley dashes and year-end functions, provide daily coffee, bread and fruit, and always pay salaries on time. CTI provides a positive, safe, and professional working environment and because of employees having been here for many years the strong teamwork and sense of family, it makes coming to work enjoyable.

My Experience working for CTI
CTI is the greatest because they reward hard work with annual bonuses and increases, create great moments with trolley dashes and year-end functions, provide daily coffee, bread and fruit, and always pay salaries on time. CTI provides a positive, safe, and professional working environment and because of employees having been here for many years the strong teamwork and sense of family, it makes coming to work enjoyable.

I have been at this company for almost 23 years and within those years, I can sincerely say that our Captain, Mike Russon never goes back on his promises, but it only gets better and more. I have never heard of a company that offers their employees a 13th cheque (bonuses) and an annual increase to this day and age, and even a 14th cheque. If you are blessed and have been chosen to get into the Golden Circle, then there are so many opportunities given to you as part of the appreciation. The opportunities are such as scrumptious lunches for 10 consecutive months and an initial breakfast with the CEO, Mike Russon where he would welcome new commers and explained the whole Golden Circle process. Initially on receiving your reward, you are rewarded with a trophy and a R500 voucher, there's also a monthly lucky draw of R500 voucher. Guaranteed 13th cheque as a bonus, R500 towards medical expenses, 1/2 day's leave on your birthday, extra budget and time on trolley dash runs and so much more to mention. The uniqueness of this company has been proven time and time again, especially when Covid hit us, the captain was so amazing to allow us to work remotely with full salary as well as bonuses and increases. Mr. Russon has made a profound difference in most of our lives, with the kindness and inspiration he has shown towards his employees, it's unimaginable.

The open-door policy is truly practiced and not merely a statement.:) We host outstanding social events, featuring excellent food and drinks, along with games and prizes. It's good for team building and creates a positive shared experience. Mr. Russon is a fair, honest, and generous leader. He always has time for his staff, and my favourite moment is when he dressed up as Santa and handed out gifts at Christmas time!
