I have been at this company for almost 23 years and within those years, I can sincerely say that our Captain, Mike Russon never goes back on his promises, but it only gets better and more. I have never heard of a company that offers their employees a 13th cheque (bonuses) and an annual increase to this day and age, and even a 14th cheque. If you are blessed and have been chosen to get into the Golden Circle, then there are so many opportunities given to you as part of the appreciation. The opportunities are such as scrumptious lunches for 10 consecutive months and an initial breakfast with the CEO, Mike Russon where he would welcome new commers and explained the whole Golden Circle process. Initially on receiving your reward, you are rewarded with a trophy and a R500 voucher, there's also a monthly lucky draw of R500 voucher. The uniqueness of this company has been proven time and time again, especially when Covid hit us, the captain was so amazing to allow us to work remotely with full salary as well as bonuses and increases. Mr. Russon has made a profound difference in most of our lives, with the kindness and inspiration he has shown towards his employees, it's unimaginable.
I have been struggling to have my banking accounts unblocked for about 4 - 5 days due to a CRS self certification form which I have e-mailed back to them on several occasions and every time they would requests it to be completed. I was at that stage already that I wanted to cxl all my account with FNB, also a debit order of R200 has been declined although I had more than R2000 + in my accounts, this gives me a bad reflection on my record. not 1 of the FNB employees would have taken the initiative in calling me to this regard, until a very professional gentleman from FNB named Wade De Late called me and within minutes my problem has been resolve.
