In the almost 15 years I have been working at CTI I can definitely say that Staff welfare is clearly valued by the company. The regular delivery of fresh fruit three times a week, daily bread, and the provision of butter and peanut butter, along with coffee and tea, show genuine care for employees. These thoughtful gestures make a meaningful difference and are especially appreciated during more challenging times. Last Easter, we were truly privileged to receive snoek from the boss. At a time when many did not have fish for Easter, this generous gesture was a true blessing and deeply appreciated by everyone. Every now and then, Mr. Russon chooses to give tuna to the staff instead of selling it to others, allowing us to take it home for free. This generous act often provides a meal for our families and sometimes comes at exactly the right time, especially when there is little or nothing for the pot. It is gestures like these that truly show care and compassion. Leanne Andrews
