My aluminium stacking door was installed in January 2021 by CTB Glass and Aluminium. Since then, I only had problems with the workmanship thereof (door fitted skew, door scratching the bottom frame and door actually not locking properly…) and trouble with the owner of the company, Petrus Jacobus (Piet) Blommaert. The after-service is extremely poor. I always struggle to get hold of him and when he finally decides to read my WhatsApp messages and/or emails, he doesn’t follow through to resolve my complaints. In this regard, he always has an “excuse” and he makes appointments to have the problem checked out and resolved, but stood me up a few times without any notice. Although I have a full year’s warranty on the workmanship of the door, a year has almost past and my stacking door is still not replaced and/or fixed.

As you know on the 3rd of November 2021 we rectified the final problem on your door by replacing the problematic door panel with a new one. We also gave you a one year extension on your guarantee and you were very satisfied in the end. I'm very happy that we could resolve the matter and everyone was happy in the end.
