I completed a Cybersecurity course with CTU Training Solutions over two years ago, expecting to receive my SETA certificate as promised. Instead, I was only given a certificate of completion. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them, and every time I am given the same vague response, with no follow-up or resolution. There is absolutely no proper communication, and they fail to deliver what they promise. I strongly advise avoiding CTU Training Solutions, as my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time.

There is absolutely no proper communication, and they fail to deliver what they promise. I have been waiting for 3 years (going on the 4th) for my ceta certificates. every time i ask for an update i get a new excuse. i was told beginning last year that the certificates are in the "printing process" only to be told last year November that they sent a request for the certificates to be verified again, and every time i ask for updates they conveniently sent a email to ceta on the same day. If i could i would even give a star rating.

Dear CTU Training Solutions, I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Joseph, Jeanine, and Lize van der Merwe from the Menlyn branch. I also want to express my appreciation to all the lecturers at Menlyn, as they are always willing to help me with anything, regardless of whether they are my lecturers or not. The staff at CTU Training Solutions Menlyn is truly amazing, and I would have probably dropped out as a part-time student if it weren't for the people mentioned above. Just want to take the time to Appreciate Chanda Mumba from Ctu She is a very helpful and informative young lady. She will definetly take the company very far because of the passion she has to help people. She needs to be recognised my query was solved within hours I would definetly recommend ctu because of people like her she is a good representative for the company.

My experience with CTU has been disappointing, especially regarding transparency and financial management. This year I discovered that a discount from one of CTU’s promotions, which should have been allocated to me as a full fee paying student, was never app**** to my account. I only found this two years later after going through the paper trail myself. The explanation I received was that the invoice was manually constructed and did not show all the details. For an institution handling large tuition payments this is unacceptable. I have been dealing with this issue for two weeks and instead of resolving it, the school has told me that certain departments are closed due to the festive season and the matter will only be handled next year. This delay is a direct result of poor transparency and weak internal communication. Beyond the financial issues, student life has also been affected by ongoing problems that have never been properly addressed. Parking is limited and there is not enough space for all attending students. Some students are told to park outside the campus due to the shortage, which is unsafe and inconvenient. There are also recurring internet problems. While it does not happen every day, the connection issues often occur on the most important days. When students are writing tests the WiFi drops, the student portal becomes overloaded, and the system cannot handle the number of students trying to write or upload documents. This leads to delays and unnecessary stress. The environment on campus does not reflect a true tertiary experience. Management often treats students like high school learners even though everyone is an adult. Many of the things promised to students are not delivered or are handled poorly. Considering the high fees students pay each year, the quality of service, communication, and management is far below the expected standard. Based on my three years at CTU, I would not recommend this institution to anyone.

The absolute worst company you can work for. The managers don't follow labor laws. ****** is at it's peak. Micromanagement at its finest. If you are a parent, please search for alternative educational institutions for your child.
