Completed Course Over 2 Years Ago, Still No Certificate
I completed a Cybersecurity course with CTU Training Solutions over two years ago, expecting to receive my SETA certificate as promised. Instead, I was only given a certificate of completion. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them, and every time I am given the same vague response, with no follow-up or resolution. There is absolutely no proper communication, and they fail to deliver what they promise. I strongly advise avoiding CTU Training Solutions, as my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time.2 replies

Worst service ever and rude employees
Rude and disrespectfully, requested a call and they were so rude, don't even greet or nothing, and just as i was saying the last few things they hang up on me, and it has happened 3 times now, don't waste your time with service as bas as theirs, rather go Vodacom0 replies
