I need urgent assistance as subsequent to the complaint I lodged on Friday. I just heard today from Yousouf that my car was involved in an accident even before the one I had in November and it seems it's the reason for the malfunction key/computer box. I am seriously worried if this turned out true because it would mean I bought an old car passed as brand new. I am kept in the dark about progress of my car since Friday. I feel I was treated badly and dismissively. On Friday I was refused a courtesy car by club motors arc and referred to my insurer for help. The customer service centre have failed to assist as well.<br> <br> how can my car move from fixing accidental damage to the entire computer box not working. its now 2 weeks later and there is still no hope.
