I was at Incredible Connection Eastgate on Friday. i knew what i wanted and had it in my hand within 10 minutes. I was very happy at this point until i had to go pay. it took over 20 minutes to process a payment because the cashier needed certain codes from the sales and technician. no one bothered to inform me what the delay was about. i thought it was over until i had to wait for the same technician, who had dissappeared between paying and her turn to work on my laptop. when she eventually reappeared, she was non-engaging. barely a few words when she asked me to gove passwords and naming my machine. even when she go stuck mid loading the software, she said nothing to me but spoke to another technician across us. that was really pathetic. buying a lapto and loading it shouldn't take more than an hour. this team needs proper customer service retraining. they simply did not care. my sales person disappeared also after making a sale.
The wait time at the counter is unacceptably long. I ended up standing around for over 30 minutes just to be assisted, and then had to wait another 30 minutes before I could actually collect the car. As a result, I was late for my 10 a.m. commitment in Pinetown. This process clearly needs improvement—especially for returning customers who have pre-booked. Even your so-called “priority” line was no better. I saw a customer being helped at that counter when I arrived, and he was still there nearly an hour later when I finally left. The whole experience was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming.
ive had a contract with them since at least 2000. i have been enjoying a loyalty discount for about 4 years. 2 months ago i did an upgrade and surprise, no discount anymore. guess why, because i have upgraded with a handset! so spending more money with you makes me loose my discount. i thought this would work the other way. even crazier, when i call in to enquire about this, i am told i signed a quote. they cant help. next i wast told i did it with a handset. and lastly i was threated with owing Vodacom because ive been getting a discount wrongly. that was issued by them in one of their stores.what the heck is this nonsense
I took a gym contract for my mother on 27 December 2023. I am ignoring all the drama and chaos to ensure that she gets her benefits as a Vitality 65+ club. your agent Monde was just clueless about what to do. Eventually, we get it right. I then asked that she be activated on 1 Jan 2024. Monde confirms this and guess what today, I learnt he cancelled the contract. why?
I walk in to Vodacom outlet to report an account issue. This young girl barely greeted and looked at me. After she gave me first line response my my complex issue, she became argumentantive and condescending. Then sent me to call the call centre on my own phone. She is seating at counter 9 today eastpoint shop. So angry and worse the call centre call cut off. Now I am stuck with false arrears against my name and I still don't know why and what to do to clear this issue
I was gifted a gift card to purchase an Air fryer about 6 months ago. I searched and found one and was ready to pay. Only I could not buy it in the shop. I tried online and again I found it but can't use my gift card to pay for it. Today at the shop I am told I can't use the card online as marketplace is a different platform to the store! But nowhere we are told we can't gift card to by online . Now I am stuck with a gift card I can't use as all I want is an airfyer. How misleading is this? I spoke to Debbie Powell who claimed to have spoken to others and insisted I can't use the card. Now what?
mess but that has not happened yet. He promised to send me an email to confirm the arrangements and confirm that August won't be affected, guess what I am and he is nowhere to be found. I am certain if I owed the bank money,this would have been resolved speedily Can you please take me seriously
Disappointed is an understatement. Now I am officially angry @FNBSA, my banker and her manager. It's been weeks of trying to figure out why I was not allocated eBucks for June. This Has spilt over to July and today I get lies back as a reason!!! What is going on? My debit date is 1st and not 30th. This after I was assured several times by my banker that I was be punished twice for an account not on good standing even than I had to accept fault because I wanted to move this quiry forward and today I am told lies for them to get out of trouble?
I booked for me and my daughter for nail treatments. We arrived here on time but guess what. Salon is full to the breams and I am still waiting to be attended to. My app was 4pm and at 16:28, there is not hope. What a waste of my time and now irritated. I always enjoyed my hour of pampering but I guess not today. I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years. And this is how I get treated
its everything bad! from a Sales Rep who thinks about her commission. asking me to settle and take my delivery earlier so she can get her commission earlier. this is after i made it clear to her i am in a process of busying a house i will lay bye and pay up when house is ready. this is after i was demand personal details for them to generate a quote, a quote needs ID? Now I am harassed by delivery team even though the house is not ready. worse, I discover they want to deliver half of my order. Did i mention the attitude of the driver...rotten eggs. he just asked me if i want to take the half or wait for full package with such take it or leave tone. Is this appalling bad service standard or just the PMB branch.
