Cuddle Cove is ****ming people. Taking payments and then blocking people reporting on social media so other victims can’t see how many people they have **********. Disgusting that their aim for the **** is children’s toys, baby goods etc. There were loads of clients distraught on Instagram but all comments deleted. They are Meta Approved which is confusing because they NEVER deliver your purchase. I was ********** for just short of R4000 which was less than what others have lost. Don’t be caught!!! I’ve opened a case at SAPS and others are doing the same.

Cuddle Cove take your payment and DON’T deliver. I placed an order on the 8th of December for my grandson and the latest it should have arrived was the 18th of December. When I contacted them they advised it would arrive no later than the 22nd of December and they use Fastway Courier’s. I have still not received the parcel and they have stopped communicating with me. They are *****s, don’t buy from them!

I purchased a turbo drifter rider on the 27th November 2025,I received a confirmation of payment and a order number. After 7 days I contacted the company via email and there response was that it takes 7 to 10 working days for delivery. It is now 3 weeks later and no delivery. Be carefull guys this company is a ****. I lost R1824.99 .

I placed an order for a Drifter on 30 November but never received a confirmation email. I emailed Cuddle Cove and initially got no response. After sending a message on Facebook, they rep**** to confirm they had received my order and delivery would take 12 working days, but after that, communication stopped completely. I followed up every day, and they only responded when it suited them. Eventually, they admitted that the Drifters had been mistakenly sold out and said they would refund my money, but they asked for an order number, which I never received. When I pointed this out, reminding them that they had already confirmed my order, they stopped responding entirely. To make matters worse, after I commented on their page warning other customers, they blocked me from their page. Cuddle Cove cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs!

Worse client Experience ever. Bought Xmas gift for my granddaughter on 26 November 2025...3x emails later..following up on delivery...delivery should've been 7 working days after..nothing. R1500 lost. Definitely **** online company.
