Complete **** – Avoid Cuddle Cove!

I placed an order for a Drifter on 30 November but never received a confirmation email. I emailed Cuddle Cove and initially got no response. After sending a message on Facebook, they rep**** to confirm they had received my order and delivery would take 12 working days, but after that, communication stopped completely.

I followed up every day, and they only responded when it suited them. Eventually, they admitted that the Drifters had been mistakenly sold out and said they would refund my money, but they asked for an order number, which I never received. When I pointed this out, reminding them that they had already confirmed my order, they stopped responding entirely.

To make matters worse, after I commented on their page warning other customers, they blocked me from their page.

Cuddle Cove cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs!
