Pathetic service from Cupboard Warehouse 277 Dykor Road, Silverton

Order placed on a Friday with the promise that the cupboard would be ready early the following week some 10 days later the cupboard is still NOT ready. They will not be getting my order for the kitchen cupboards. Service is pathetic

Kitchen reno
I had the pleasure of meeting Conrad, Vian and Jacky for a kitchen reno project. After so many negative experiences, dealing with poor quality and dishonesty, this family was a breath of fresh air. They were able to redesign and quote on site within a couple of hours and 2 weeks later they handed over a beautiful kitchen completed with every little detail I asked for, and in spotless condition. They are extremely professional and dedicated in delivering the best possible product. Both Conrad and Vian put in extra long hours, of their own time, in order to finish the project in a timely manner. This family business is operated with pride, the extra mile and customer satisfaction. I am extatic with my new kitchen and would recommend them any day of the week! Thanks so much guys! we are so pleased with the results and can't wait for the follow-up project in a week.

Baby Cupboard
Had such a good experience with this company. Both Jacky and Vian were so friendly and helpful. Loved the cupboard they made for me, it really met all my expectations. Cannot wait to unpack all my things and get organized! Thanks so much Cupboard Warehouse!

Baby Cupboard

THE CUPBOARD WAREHOUSE (PTY)LTD in George cannot deliver as committed
This is not the first time the owner of this business features on hellopeter. The modus operandi is the same as for other complaints. The owner, Vian, situated in Mosselbaai and working from George, makes many promises and does not deliver. It took the interference of lawyers to get them as far as to complete my kitchen. This is the most frustrating business I ever had to handle. In the end the work was not entirely completed, I had to deduct money from what was still outstanding to complete the work myself. They over-promise an under-produce. i was asked what I was doing in my own home, if I wanted to supervise the job, or assist them in completing it by Vian's father called Conrad. They have told the lawyers several lies, promised to complete the job, and then, without notice, just did not pitch up on more than one occasion. a previous, similar business was voluntarily liquidated after complaints from previous customers. They have only opened a new company under a new name. What was supposed to be a marriage gift to my wife became the biggest nightmare. I cannot stand the new product, but am surely stuck with it for at least a decade. I have never experienced such childish conduct from persons who are supposedly adults. There is no way I can recommend this company. In the end we had to enter into new contracts, as they were trying to create the impression that I will not pay out the remainder of the contract if they complete the work. it was the biggest insult, but I would do anything at that stage to get them as far as to complete the work. There was a lot of heartache using them. They removed all cooking gear from the kitchen and left my parents, both older than 80 years without any cooking facilities from 10 January 2022 until 2 March 2022. In the mean while they made several promises to their lawyer that they will complete the job, but never pitched up, also not giving any feedback as to why they were not completing the job as promised. Just before they had to fulfill the final commitment, nearly all staff have contracted Covid, but have never submitted medical certificates to substantiate their claims. After all this, I had to approach their lawyer again to get them moving. Stay away, it will save you lots of frustrations.

Extremely poor service from Cupboard Warehouse
How do we stop businesses like Cupboard Warehouse from ripping off unsuspecting customers? Our high gloss cupboards doors were damaged during installation by their employee when he used a blade and dirty rag to clean them. Shaun had promised to have the damaged doors replaced. One week has become almost one year and we are still waiting. He doesn't answer my calls but when I call from a different number he answers so it is clear that he is avoiding me. After close scrutiny I know that I am not the only victim of this unscrupulous businessman.

How do we stop businesses like Cupboard Warehouse from ripping off unsuspecting customers? Our high gloss cupboards doors were damaged during installation by their employee when he used a blade and dirty rag to clean them. Shaun had promised to have the damaged doors replaced. One week has become almost one year and we are still waiting. He doesn't answer my calls but when I call from a different number he answers so it is clear that he is avoiding me. After close scrutiny I know that I am not the only victim of this unscrupulous businessman.

Perthitic workmanship!!!! Fraud!!!
Perthitic work, once they receive your money they do not worry about completing your job!, they fitted bulitins in my house the builtins did not line up and they blamed it on the house, they made me pay up before fitting the builtins fully saying that they need the rest of the money to dispatch the rest of the things. they used 2 different materials on the install saying that there is no stock of the color we wanted and then wanted to paint it white with roof paint when we called to ask when he is coming to finish the job he said we must come and pick up the materials and install ourselves. i wasted R30 000 on perthitic work. this is the cupboard warehouse in brickfield road dealt with Shune

Bad workmanship, quality of product
Paid exorbitant fee to have cupboards made and hung on the wall. Six months later, cupboards fell from the wall due to poor workmanship. No answer when called regarding the now broken cupboards and broken contents.

Bad workmanship, quality of product
