Robbed by CURREN Watches

Curren is an online (e-commerce) watch shop which occasionally runs promotional deals on their watches. In October/ November 2018 I purchased a watch on their online shop (for around $30.00). A tracking number was issued in respect of the purchase however the product was coming from China. I waited for close to 3 months without the courier services contacting me. I enquired with my local post office and they informed me that the consignment was stopped by Customs (fair enough) and that it will take some time to be dispatched.

To cut long story short, the product was returned back to the sender due to some challenges with my local post office. I am still with no watch (12 months later) and feel robbed of my hard earned money.

I tried contacting CUTRREN several times. They seem to be very good at ignoring concerns and queries from their clients. If you cannot dispatch my watch safely, please refund me my money!!
