Curren is an online (e-commerce) watch shop which occasionally runs promotional deals on their watches. In October/ November 2018 I purchased a watch on their online shop (for around $30.00). A tracking number was issued in respect of the purchase however the product was coming from China. I waited for close to 3 months without the courier services contacting me. I enquired with my local post office and they informed me that the consignment was stopped by Customs (fair enough) and that it will take some time to be dispatched. To cut long story short, the product was returned back to the sender due to some challenges with my local post office. I am still with no watch (12 months later) and feel robbed of my hard earned money. I tried contacting CUTRREN several times. They seem to be very good at ignoring concerns and queries from their clients. If you cannot dispatch my watch safely, please refund me my money!! I recently went to a SPAR shop and bought a Tropica Juice and other perishables. The Juice I bought tasted a little different from the previous ones I was used to (It had an after taste I was not accustomed to). I quickly assumed that, maybe ,it was about to go off as it was not the first time buying this product.
What startled me was how the Shop reacted. The lady at a shop bought another bottle of Tropica, gathered some of the staff members to sample the product and compare the taste. Well, obviously, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out who they sited with.
I was put on a stage and made a sort of a laughing stock as I explained that, despite what they thought, the product was not of the standard I expected it to be. I did not like how I was treated. I was embarrassed in front of SPAR staff and made mockery out of. Would I have been treated differently if, for instance, I was of 'another race'?.

Regards,

Ridiculed Customer.
I am extremely unhappy with Telkom on the services I have received. I have been trying to resolve the billing issues with them since 01 December 2015. I signed a new contract with Telkom in middle of November 2015.

Telkom has fraudulently taken a second cell phone and added it to my contract. They subsequently billed me on my phone and the fraudulent cell phone they took using my name.

I received a second bill on 02 January 2016 reflecting the unpaid amount and current amount which are incorrect. This is very stressful and financially straining as I am not liable for the second mobile device they are billing me on. My contract clearly shows that only one device/ cell phone was taken.
Telkom has breached our service agreement.

Extremely unhappy client
In November 2015 I went into a Telkom store to enquire and take a contract on a Huawei P8 Lite device for R199.00 per month. I collected the mobile phone about 2 weeks later.

A month later, Telkom debited my account for amount of 1078.20. I later found out that an additional contract was taken on my name. I was advised by call centre agent to cancel the fraudulent contract, which I did. I also cancelled my contract due to the fraud that took place and I feel that they breached our service agreement & mutual trust.
Now they want to charge me for the remainder of the contract!!!!! This should not happen as the agreement was breached by Telkom. Please HELP!
