Delayed refunds from The School

Title: Delayed Refund After Matric – Waiting Over 2 Months

I attended this school from 2023 and matriculated in 2025. My school fees were paid through a trust fund during this time.

After completing matric, I received a statement reflecting that I am owed a refund. I informed the school that the trust fund account had been closed and provided written confirmation of the closure. The school then requested my personal beneficiary banking details, which I submitted as instructed. I was told the details were sent to the Head of Finance and Head of Office and that I should wait 7 days for the refund to be processed.

It has now been over two months, and I have still not received my refund or any proper explanation for the delay.

All required documentation was submitted on time, and I have been patient throughout this process. However, the lack of communication and delay in payment is extremely disappointing.

I am requesting urgent assistance in resolving this matter and receiving the refund owed to me.
