Poor communication and delivery

Ordered a fridge freezer for delivery. They refused to bring it up a dozen steps as they didn't have the equipment. Store rearranged delivery and was again refused. Store, call centre and delivery people clearly did not communicate and in the end they will only refund. No consideration for our inconvenience and reference to Health and Safety despite being provided information in advance in order to make the appropriate risk assessment.
