**** service- received confirmation of my delivery but no delivery arrived. I was told that apparently I was not at my property. Yes I was in the whole day, I live in a small cul-de-sac so it would be pretty clear of a truck arriving. Clearly the driver did not arrive, there way of fixing it is to inconvenience me for a week before can get order and I must also take another day off work to most likely not receive my order once again, I think not! Blame the customer when clearly it's a fault on the company side, great service that!!!!. Not impressed will not use Currys ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Honestly DO NOT buy anything form Currys in the UK. Might be fine in store but just wait for something to go wrong. It's ridiculously difficult to speak to the support line, they have no way of calling the store you bought the item form when a replacement needs ot be issued and there is no customer service complaints process in place.

I bought an integrated Fridge/Freezer (F/F) from Curry's for £349. When it was delivered we realised it was the wrong door split...ordered a 70/30 and it should have been a 50/50. So Curry's took it back there and then. Phoned Curry's and arranged a swap for exactly the same F/F but a 50/50 door version. That was cheaper at £299, and said they'd refund the difference of £50. Only received £10, and when I queried it, they said they will not honour their own online discount code of £40 I used. It's not as if a new order number was generated, Curry's amended the existing order with the new F/F but removed the discount code already applied to that same order. If I had bought the correct F/F originally, I would have received that discount. So beware if you make an order error, and have to arrange for a swap, you'll loose any discounts if the promo is no longer running then.

Store, call centre and delivery people clearly did not communicate and in the end they will only refund. No consideration for our inconvenience and reference to Health and Safety despite being provided information in advance in order to make the appropriate risk assessment.
