**** service- received confirmation of my delivery but no delivery arrived. I was told that apparently I was not at my property. Yes I was in the whole day, I live in a small cul-de-sac so it would be pretty clear of a truck arriving. Clearly the driver did not arrive, there way of fixing it is to inconvenience me for a week before can get order and I must also take another day off work to most likely not receive my order once again, I think not! Blame the customer when clearly it's a fault on the company side, great service that!!!!. Not impressed will not use Currys ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
Unable to follow through with simple requests from customers. 5 years of trying to update address via all forms of available communication numerous reference numbers to say its done yet every month invoice comes in with incorrect address. 5 years seriously it's beyond a joke!!! Then you cancel contract and you still charge 3 months after contract cancelled. Even though I have the emails proving the contracts are cancelled!!! Does anyone know what they doing?? I pray and hope I don't have to deal with vodacom again. Your incompetence has lost you 2 customers, I would suggest people think twice about having a contract!
this is the 3rd issue ive had with standard bank. Logged onto my internet bank to have a message say my card does not exist. how can my card not exist i havent closed it !!!! ive had no communication from them to advise of any issues with my card. This is the second time and is going to be the last time!!!!!
My moms phone was set on roaming prior to departing uk for her holiday in SA with me. Her phone is not receiving anything no sms no calls. Have contacted Virgin Media by all forms of communication available including my sister in the uk calling. Its been nearly a month and her phone still not active. A big ckmpany like this should have sorted the problem out immediately not just leave it unresolved!!!!! Upon her return she will be looking for a new provider cause clearly Virgin Media customer service / care is not part of the service
Parcel sent from UK to SA durban parcel meant to arrive on 11th October its the 22nd October and still waiting to receive my parcel. Express service think DHL need to look up the meaning of express!!! when you call DHL you get transferred and transferred its like no one knows what they doing. i will never ever use DHL such poor service yet you pay a fortune for it. not happy at all!!!!!
BIS renewed, message received activated but didn't work. <br> 1st call to support- the consultant was condescending, so unpolite and in the end unhelpful as didn't get the problem solved. <br> <br> 2nd Call- useless - told had to wait 24 hours before the problem could be escalated<br> <br> 3rd Call- 24 hours later- told BIS not working technician are working on the problem and yet my mom who has the same phone as me her BIS was working fine!!!!<br> <br> Had no faith in calling 48 hours later due to it being a Sunday as clearly weekend staff are clueless<br> <br> 4th Call- 72 hours later- consultant didnt know anything, was told she needed to the speak to the technician after putting me on hold the call is cut 17 mins !!!<br> <br> 5th Call- consultant got the brunt of it now as I am HIGHLY P'D OFF with Vodacom. To hang up my call was after 72 hours of a phone not working!!!! He actually knew what to do and got the phone working. So all the calls before were a waste of time cause those consultants haven't got a clue. This consultant although helped I have received much better service else where. <br> <br> OVER VODACOM and their CRAP service!!!!<br> <br>
