Dreadful Service
I would strongly urge anyone registering a domain name to NOT use Herotel. Their support is atrocious, they do not know how to add DNS records properly and to get the domain moved away we had to involve domains.co.za to pressure them to release the domain.

Shocking Sales & Customer Service
Gosh, what can I say—an awful experience. I wanted a dashcam and thought getting one attached to my tracker with Cartrack was a great idea. I was mis-sold a package I didn’t want by a salesman who failed to provide all the necessary information. I never received any paperwork or terms and conditions from him. When the installer arrived, he brought a camera I hadn’t agreed to. We spent several hours trying to get Cartrack to change the package from dual to single camera. Quite quickly I discovered the camera wasn’t working at all. I chased customer service constantly for over a week, and still—it doesn’t work. I finally received the terms and conditions today, but my camera still doesn’t record. The live view works, sure, but the whole point of a dashcam isn’t to admire pretty views when your car isn’t moving. I have contacted CS countless times in the last week and all I get is we've escalated your issue! I strongly urge anyone considering a dashcam to explore all other options BEFORE committing to Cartrack.

DO NOT BUY FROM CURRYS
Honestly DO NOT buy anything form Currys in the UK. Might be fine in store but just wait for something to go wrong. It's ridiculously difficult to speak to the support line, they have no way of calling the store you bought the item form when a replacement needs ot be issued and there is no customer service complaints process in place.

Excellent Workmanship
We recently built a garage/flat at our property in Knysna. Jonty at Home Finishing was the best contractor we worked with on the entire project. He installled SS balustrades and a glazed panel bathroom in the flat. The workmanship and profesionalism was outstanding and I'd be delighted to recommend him to anyone carrying out this type of work.

Dreadful After Sales Service
I cannot begin to tell you the frustration of dealing with these people. They are completely unresponsive to after-sales issues and are only focused on getting your money. Below are a list of my issues. 1) 4 visits digging up and re-laying my tiled deck because of large puddles. 2 years on and it is still bad with cracked joints all over. 2) After 14 months my pump failed miserably. Despite call after call and them telling me the warranty was out I bought and fitted a new pump (correcting the dreadful pipework job along the way). I then find out the pump has 3 years warranty and I contacted the manufacturer myself and they are fixing it. 3) I've had a leak almost from day one and they flat did not have any interest. This week I opened up and found the aimflow pipework was so badly fitted the aimflow does not sit flush against the shell. Again I have paid someone else to fix this. 4) Having dug up my deck to fix the leak I discovered that the reason my deck keeps cracking is because of the dreadful prep they did when laying the deck. The concrete is almost non existent, there little or no compacting taken place and as I live in a clay area there should be steel reinforcing, but guess what. When I first contacted them they were great, while they were doing the job they were great, since then dreadful! To make matters worse I actually recommended them to friends who had a fibreglass relign done, they made such a bad job of it and flat refuse to correct it so our friends are in the same boat, if they want it right they have to pay again.
