I am not a person to complain about other businesses on platforms, but when I saw all the reviews and I had the very same problem it is clear that there is a big problem here and they are to proud to make changes that could only benefit their business. Worst customer service ever, I have supported their business on numerous of occasions, their pants are affordable and yes there are some pants that have factory issues like the badges that keep falling off but irregardless of this I have been an content client to take my pants in for a tailor to have the badge put back on my jeans. the high staff rotation in this business says a lot already the staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and rude/ they are just so unhappy. I have recommended all my friends to them but not anymore the staff as well as the Manager/owner is arrogant and the service is so bad. I have never experienced customer service like this ever in my life before. I am definitely not going to recommend this brand to anyone ever again. They blamed me for washing the one pants out of the two I ordered when I was so happy with the other pair just the one pair was a bit to big. They will soon learn that the customer is always right. Good luck on the future Curvify it really looks bright for you guys and also please don’t even bother to make a comment on this because you are just wasting your time struggling to accept customer reviews which should only benefit and you wanting to improve your business instead all your feedbacks are defensive and not acknowledging that there is clearly a problem when it comes to customer service.
