CURVIFY JEANS
Bad Bad Quality Pants. Pants not even 1 month back from stitching it. And it has a hole in it. These pants are not the money worth it. Will never purchase from them again. Staff is also not helpfull.

Ordered online, drove 70km to come and collect today because I called yesterday 20 plus times from my phone, my office phone and my fiancé’s phone, and NO ONE answered! Yet on google it says that they are open! Google still says they are open today and we pitch up, guess what???? CLOSED! I haven’t even seen the jeans yet and I am so disappointed in the customer service, it is really horrible. They don’t give you any feedback, just a machine generated invoice. Curvify jeans, maybe stop spending money on your equipment and start paying attention to how you treat your customers! I want feedback NOW regarding my order and on your cost you either courier my jeans to me or compensate my fuel!

Trust me it's either not their policy or its you that did something wrong. Your business is not appreciated no matter how much you would or could spend with them DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Bad Customer Service
I am not a person to complain about other businesses on platforms, but when I saw all the reviews and I had the very same problem it is clear that there is a big problem here and they are to proud to make changes that could only benefit their business. Worst customer service ever, I have supported their business on numerous of occasions, their pants are affordable and yes there are some pants that have factory issues like the badges that keep falling off but irregardless of this I have been an content client to take my pants in for a tailor to have the badge put back on my jeans. the high staff rotation in this business says a lot already the staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and rude/ they are just so unhappy. I have recommended all my friends to them but not anymore the staff as well as the Manager/owner is arrogant and the service is so bad. I have never experienced customer service like this ever in my life before. I am definitely not going to recommend this brand to anyone ever again. They blamed me for washing the one pants out of the two I ordered when I was so happy with the other pair just the one pair was a bit to big. They will soon learn that the customer is always right. Good luck on the future Curvify it really looks bright for you guys and also please don’t even bother to make a comment on this because you are just wasting your time struggling to accept customer reviews which should only benefit and you wanting to improve your business instead all your feedbacks are defensive and not acknowledging that there is clearly a problem when it comes to customer service. I am not a person to complain about other businesses on platforms, but when I saw all the reviews and I had the very same problem it is clear that there is a big problem here and they are to proud to make changes that could only benefit their business. Worst customer service
After getting the delivery wrong twice in a row, the manager has the audacity to phone and threaten a customer, accusing the customer for not checking if an item is out of stock, after they sent the wrong product twice. Online catalog is not updated and order was placed accordingly. Best part is, that a check list is attached to the package, ticked of to confirm the correct contents, only to find a totally different product inside. Absolute poor customer service, high level of illiteracy, accompanied by arrogance! Shocking experience to say the least.
