They will not return it as I have "worn" it for 2 hours until I noticed it.

It's against their policy - they will repair it - I don't want second hand pants when I paid for new pants.

Pants had not been washed , yet the extremely rude staff still accused me of this.

Clearly company policy is more important than supplying quality products and good customer service when quality fails.

I am a business owner myself. If I treated my customers this way I would not have a business.

Worst experience I've had at any shop. Poor quality Horrible treatment when you want to exchange it.

Trust me it's either not their policy or its you that did something wrong.

Your business is not appreciated no matter how much you would or could spend with them

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
