Ordered online, drove 70km to come and collect today because I called yesterday 20 plus times from my phone, my office phone and my fiancé’s phone, and NO ONE answered! Yet on google it says that they are open! Google still says they are open today and we pitch up, guess what???? CLOSED! I haven’t even seen the jeans yet and I am so disappointed in the customer service, it is really horrible. They don’t give you any feedback, just a machine generated invoice. Curvify jeans, maybe stop spending money on your equipment and start paying attention to how you treat your customers! I want feedback NOW regarding my order and on your cost you either courier my jeans to me or compensate my fuel!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We posted multiple notices (over 8 times) on all our social media platforms, announcing our closure from 21st December to 6th January. As our shop is closed, our landline will not be attended to during this period.
We've also checked our emails and couldn't find any correspondence from you.

You do not have a findable Instagram page (established) nor do you have an established Facebook profile which I say in depth researching yesterday! You have one little website saying nothing about the dates in which you operate. Gladly please prove me wrong on where and how are new clients that do not follow your socials supposed to know that? When selecting collection regarding ordering online, shouldn’t you have a little note there on your invoice / email / website to state your operating hours??????? My order number is 22779, ordered under Dylan Kemp, my Fiance. I received a generated emailed invoice on the 22nd December.
