Ordered online, drove 70km to come and collect today because I called yesterday 20 plus times from my phone, my office phone and my fiancé’s phone, and NO ONE answered! Yet on google it says that they are open! Google still says they are open today and we pitch up, guess what???? CLOSED! I haven’t even seen the jeans yet and I am so disappointed in the customer service, it is really horrible. They don’t give you any feedback, just a machine generated invoice. Curvify jeans, maybe stop spending money on your equipment and start paying attention to how you treat your customers! I want feedback NOW regarding my order and on your cost you either courier my jeans to me or compensate my fuel!
