The two guys that came out were very friendly, kept me up to date with the process. I highly recommend working with them. I asked them to call me 30 min before they arrived, they did so. They assisted in getting everything sorted within 2 days.
I joined Old Mutual car and household content insurance lats month and their service and products are beyond compare. Because I am under the age of 25, I use to receive ridiculous insurance quotes, no matter where I went but old mutual was not only able to beat my current premium by almost R300 but also halved my excess and offered me more cover for my household items. I am truly impressed and would happily highly recommend Old Mutual insurance to everyone.
Our TV, which is still under warranty started experiencing issues about a week ago, I logged a complaint and within 2 days they reached out to make a booking to do an evaluation, the technicians that came out were incredibly friendly and as I had to step away from work to be at home for them, they made sure to be on time and worked as efficiently as possible. I am very impressed by the service I have received from the Hisense team.
Our TV that we purchased from House & Home overheated and the screen stopped working about a week ago, I called them immediately and Beauty from the Montana branch was so friendly and assisted in logging the complaint, she explained the process thoroughly and within 2 days Hisense reached out to make a booking. We often purchase from House & Home Kolonnade Mall and I highly recommend them. The quality of their products are great and the staff are always willing to assist.
I recently ordered a bunch of items from Takealot, apart from their fast and friendly delivery staff. The team that assists with returns and refunds is beyond amazing. I ordered a pair of shoes, accidently ordered the wrong size, called in the next morning, a day later, they had collected the package from my office and brought me the right size. I couldn't believe how quickly the lady got it sorted out. I highly recommend using Takealot, whether it's for a gift for someone or just buying daily things.
We have been searching for a vehicle for our mom / mother in law for the past month now and finally found her dream car at Citton Cars. Desiree is a fantastic F&I, she was able to structure an amazing deal for us and Charl went out of his way to assist. Ordered online, drove 70km to come and collect today because I called yesterday 20 plus times from my phone, my office phone and my fiancé’s phone, and NO ONE answered! Yet on google it says that they are open! Google still says they are open today and we pitch up, guess what???? CLOSED! I haven’t even seen the jeans yet and I am so disappointed in the customer service, it is really horrible. They don’t give you any feedback, just a machine generated invoice. Curvify jeans, maybe stop spending money on your equipment and start paying attention to how you treat your customers! I want feedback NOW regarding my order and on your cost you either courier my jeans to me or compensate my fuel!
Usually vuur en vlam's deli makes pretty good burgers but today my appetite has been ruined and I am honestly put off beef burgers for a while, I eat my steak medium, but these burger patties were very far below cooked, if they are going to cook my meat like 2 minute noodles please just inform me, could barely finish the burger, you can taste it is honestly still very raw.
Horrible experience, I got a call from a guy yesterday and we went through the whole process, he quoted me R1300 with shortfall cover included which is a bit more than I am currently paying but I wasn't bothered as I had heard great things about Auto & General and was willing to switch, I told him we could proceed, about half way in to answering all his questions, his words were "**** sorry ma'am, my system is bugging out, I'll call you back in 5" and he hung up, (btw, still haven't gotten that call back). Yeserday late afternoon around 16:00, I got another call from a lady telling me she received my inquiry and would love to quote me, I explained the situation and she proceeded to tell me she can't pick me up on their system. I told her if she wanted to re-quote me, she will have to call me back tomorrow (today now) as I am currently busy at work, just got a call from her and had to re-explain the situation from yesterday as to which she said "sorry" then cut me off to carry on with her script. Anyway, I did a re-quote and now I'm on almost R1500 excluding the shortfall cover as to which I told her, no, I got the quote of R1300 including shortfall cover yesterday and I would like that amount otherwise I wouldn't be interested, she yet again told me she doesn't pick me up on their system, I then proceeded to tell her I wouldn't be interested at this payment, to which she said okay and hung up. I am really glad I didn't take up that quote yesterday and his system bugged out because if this is the type of confusion and mess going on in their call center, I don't know what it would be like to try and claim from them.
I have bought 2 vehicles from Mit Mak and they always go above and beyond, great team and exceptional service!
