Bad quality and rude staff!!

Hi there , As per our email correspondents you mentioned you wanted to exchnage your pants , We then said you will be able to exchnage them when they were brought to our store you mentioned that they have been worn ,They were also damaged by the seams and pockets , We compared them to a new pair of pants in our store and it was very clear they were not brought back in the same condition we sent them , they had been worn as well as damaged. Our policy states they can be exchanged if they have not been washed, worn ,damaged which was not the case , We offered to have them tailored for you as well as cover the expenses thereof which you did not want . Apologies for the inconvenience but no retail store will exchange items once they have been worn .
