After getting the delivery wrong twice in a row, the manager has the audacity to phone and threaten a customer, accusing the customer for not checking if an item is out of stock, after they sent the wrong product twice. Online catalog is not updated and order was placed accordingly. Best part is, that a check list is attached to the package, ticked of to confirm the correct contents, only to find a totally different product inside. Absolute poor customer service, high level of illiteracy, accompanied by arrogance! Shocking experience to say the least.
